Loans:
Our loan products also remain highly competitive in the marketplace. However,
as an employee you will receive a .25% rate reduction on all consumer install-
ment loans (excluding fixed home equity loans).
For conventional fixed first mortgages, employees will only pay .50% in origina-
tion fees instead of the typical 1% cost. For a $150,000 mortgage, this will save
you $750!

All employees are eligible for a no cost/no obligation financial review provided
by a member of our award winning Allegacy Investment Group.
