Retirement Plan 401k
Alexander Youth Network/The Relatives

The Alexander Youth Network 401k Retirement Plan has been adopted to
provide you with the opportunity to save for retirement on a tax-
advantaged basis and provide additional income for retirement. 401k
Retirement dollars you contribute are deducted from your pay check pre-
tax for Federal Income Tax. You may choose to contribute a percentage of
your pay, a dollar amount per pay check or both. Regardless, the
maximum amount that can be deducted from your paycheck is $18,000,
$23,000 if over 55. If you do not make an election, you will be auto
enrolled into the plan at 3%. Roth Option is available.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Provided by McLaughlin & Young

McLaughlin Young Employee Services assists you and your family
members with a variety of personal problems that may affect job
performance. The program addresses such problems as, but not limited
to: depression, anxiety, stress or other psychological issues; struggles with
drug and alcohol use; marital and family concerns such as aging parents,
relationship difficulties, and financial strains. The EAP program is available
to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-800-633-3353. The
program is strictly confidential and all costs are paid by Alexander Youth
Network so there is no charge to you or your family member(s) using EAP
services. Human Resources can provide you with information regarding
this service.
