Momentum

Futr has strong momentum in the public sector,

particularly with the police

Futr has good momentum securing £300k revenue YTD with
£380k projected full year Vs budget of £360k sales for year
ending 31st March. MRR is negligible at the moment as all
fees are being taken as consulting. This is something we
have addressed and sales going forward will be structured
as MRR with software contracts supporting them.

There are a number of POCs and proposals underway, the
biggest of which is with the Northamptonshire Police who
are testing the bots seen in the videos provided to the
Investment Committee. There is a strong possibility this will
turn into a SaaS contract at £2k per month per bot. There
are 26 police forces in total in the UK, the head of
Northamptonshire has just taken the responsibility of
looking at new Tech for all Police forces in the UK. If 1 bot
was rolled out to each force the ARR would be £624k.

The Met police requested a meeting with Futr in December
2018 which went well. The Met is the yardstick for European
Police.

Futr is also talking to councils, the Home Office and HMRC
in relation to chatbots.
