             EVALUATION OF TRAINING

                    Evaluation of training shall be emphasized to achieve value for money and
             shall be done in three stages:


                    •   Pre-course evaluation
                    •   On-going course evaluation
                    •   Post-training evaluation


             PRE-COURSE EVALUATION


                    Before a training proposal is approved, the Training Committee shall ensure
             that the course content is relevant to the targeted group or individual.


             ONGOING COURSE EVALUATION


                    For  short  courses,  workshops  and  seminars  organized  by  the  Training
             Committee, the Deans and Heads shall monitor and ensure that course objectives are
             effectively met.


             POST-TRAINING EVALUATION

                    Impact  assessment  for  short  training  is  required  to  be  satisfied  by  the
             sponsoring committee.


                    Comprehensive impact assessment shall be undertaken by Deans and Heads,
             within (6) six months from the completion of training programs. This shall be achieved
             through  close  supervision,  delegation,  assignment  of  challenging  tasks  as  well  as
             empowering and facilitating staff to apply the acquired knowledge, skills and attitudes
             to the work situations.
