Urdaneta City University

               All employees will complete a minimum of 6 days of training in a year. All
       students will complete a minimum of 2 days of training in a semester. The mix of
       behavioral and functional would differ as per the level of the trainees.


       ANNUAL TRAINING PLAN

               The University shall design an annual training plan/calendar in accordance with
       the identified training requirements. The training plan shall be consistent in identifying
       the  needs  of  the  organization  and  recognition  of  future  employee’s  competencies,
       where possible. It shall take full account of the students’ needs of various departments
       as assessed by the Deans.


               The training calendar would comprise of the following:
               •   Training Programs
               •   Tentative Dates and Duration

               •   Participants (Internal or External)
               •   Venue (Internal or External)
               •   Budget


       TRAINING IMPLEMENTATION

               The training is conducted based on the “Agenda” for the programs. Customized
       programs are made to address the generic and immediate needs communicated to the
       Training Committee by the deans and heads.



               The  Process  Training  Request  Form  must  be  accomplished  and  submitted
       to the Chairman of the Training Committee prior to the endorsement for University
       President’s approval.



       MONITORING AND EVALUATION

               In order to achieve value for money from training undertaken, each training
       program  will  be  evaluated  before,  during  and  after  the  training  by  the  Training
       Committee.
