Professional Services Operations
     Worldwide Professional Services Operations teams’ mission is to create value, by enabling Professional
     Services (PS) teams like Consulting, TAM and Education to continuously meet or exceed their business
     goals, allowing them to focus on their core competencies, while minimizing financial and legal risk to
     VMware.
     The team supports the PS business across AMER, EMEA and APJ by providing end-to-end operational
     support from Pre-sales to Project Delivery and Revenue Recognition
     The  team  supports  PS  teams  in  the  larger  objective  to  accelerate  adoption  of  VMware’s  technology
     through people and partners, deliver innovative solutions and differentiated business value to VMware
     customers
     A team of 65 members in Bangalore supports the following functions
     •   Presales activities such as creations of Level Of Efforts (LoE) and Statement of Work (SoWs)
     •   Deal Desk function such as Financial and Legal compliance
     •   Setting up of PS Engagements
     •   Billing and Invoicing
     •   Reporting and Business Analysis
