To make this collaborative training successful. Community team partnered with BTA-Business Apps
Support to design and deliver training and to call out the zeal and enthusiasm shown by this team ;
and with “Enable India” – Who supported as a facilitator (between candidates and trainers) and sourc-
ing partner (for providing translator and candidates).
We are excited to share key highlights that are outlined below:

Key Highlights:

 The inclusiveness and active participation by the 5 talents in the training sessions brought in a
paradigm shift with our employees as we worked together to make this training program a suc-
cess.

 With the Participants successfully completing this rigorous training program we are one step clos-
er to hiring

 We now have 5 talents upskilled on system/ tools/ processes and industry, so that they are market
ready to find a suitable job

 This collaborative training brought in a new perspective to customize our training and facilitation to
ensure this program is a success

 8 Trainers (Safiya, Bharathi, Nagaraj, Shwetha MP, Harish, Kuppala, Pawan and TK Anil delivered
training by investing a total of 275 hours across 8 weeks

 The talents scored an average of 95% on their final assessment showing tremendous improve-
ment from their baseline score of 50%
