Consistency in the project leads to your peak performance. For 75 years, Noah woke up
in the morning to the sound of hammers pounding in his head. He’d slip on his Nike
sandals and threw the nail pouch around his waist before heading out the door to ‘do it
again.’ The repetition over the years made him very good at building a boat. If you ever
needed to build a boat, who are you going to ask for advice? Noah better be the answer
if you want your boat to float!

Consistency can take many forms. Jack Nicklaus is often quoted as saying. “The game
of golf is not how many good shots; it’s about how few bad shots you have.” Good lead-
ers limit the bad choices in their lives.
