What to do:
1. Place the lamb steaks into a marinating dish and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Add rosemary, freshly ground pepper, chopped lemon and garlic and set aside to
marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Once the steaks have marinated and you are ready to start cooking, season them well
with a little salt.
4. Grill the steaks over medium to hot coals until done to your liking.
5. Serve alongside the Caponata side dish.
