             Chicken curry with flatbread and tomato sambal


             Serves 2-4 | Preparation time: 30 minutes | Cooking time: 20-25 minutes (plus 10
             minutes for the flatbread)



             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the chicken curry

             1 Tbsp (15ml) coconut oil
             1 cardamom pod
             1 clove

             1 stick of cinnamon
             1 onion, thinly sliced
             2 curry leaves
             Salt
             ½ tsp (2.5ml) fennel seeds
             ½ tsp (2.5ml) coriander seeds
             1 green chili, split in half (optional)

             1 clove garlic, crushed
             1 piece ginger, grated
             4 pieces of skinless chicken on the bone
             1 Tbsp (15ml) curry powder
