             Dark chocolate truffles with pistachio nut dust


             Makes 20-25 truffles | Preparation time: 15 minutes | Cooling time: 1 hour


             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients


             200g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces
             100ml cream, at room temperature
             1 Tbsp (15ml) butter
             1/3 cup shelled pistachio nuts


             Tools


             Medium-sized heavy-based pot
             Heatproof bowl
             Measuring jug or cup measures

             Frying pan
             Chopping board
             Knife
             Melon baller (or a teaspoon)
             Chocolate truffle paper cases
