7.  There’s a helpful test to check whether the lemon curd is done. Run your finger

                   along the back of a spoon of curd (as Sarah demonstrates in the video) and if the line
                   holds it’s shape, then the curd is ready to come off the heat.

               8.  Bottle your lemon curd and give it away as a gift or keep it in the fridge to enjoy for
                   up to 10 days.
