What to do:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 170°C and grease a 20cm x 20cm baking tray.
2. Add the butter, syrup and sugar to a medium-sized heavy-based pot and heat gently,
stirring from time to time until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved.
3. Add in the remaining ingredients, mix until well combined, then remove from the heat.
4. Tip the mixture into your greased baking tin and press down to flatten using the back
of a spoon.
5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes in the tin before
cutting into squares.
7. Remove from the tin and allow to crisp and cool completely on a cooling rack.
