Mini baguettes with caramelised apple, goat’s cheese and
balsamic syrup

Makes 12 | Preparation time: 25 minutes | Cooking time: 25 minutes

What you’ll need:

Ingredients

100g sugar

50ml balsamic vinegar
1 baguette, sliced into 1 cm diagonal pieces
1 Tbsp (15ml) butter
2 golden delicious apples, peeled and quartered, then sliced
½ tsp (2.5ml) ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp (30ml) brown sugar
2 logs of goat’s cheese chevin, each sliced into 6 rounds
50g wild rocket
