             Ginger and soya sticky wings


             Serves 4 | Preparation time: 15 minutes (plus 2 hours marinating time) | Cooking
             time: 20-25 minutes



             What you’ll need:



             Ingredients



             For the marinade

             1 Tbsp (15ml) ginger, peeled and grated
             1 Tbsp (15ml) garlic, crushed
             1 red chili, finely chopped

             150ml soya sauce
             1 tsp (5ml) Chinese five spice
             ¼ cup (60ml) red wine vinegar
             ½ cup (125ml) honey
             6 Tbsp (90ml) brown sugar
             1 tsp (5ml) corn flour diluted in 1 Tbsp (15ml)  cold water
             2 Tbsp (30ml) chopped coriander


             For the chicken wings


             16 free-range chicken wings
