             What to do:




             For the marinade

               1.  Place all the marinade ingredients into a large bowl and whisk until combined. Add
                   the chicken wings and allow to marinate for 2 hours.


             For the chicken wings

               1.  Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

               2.  Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, reserving it for later.
               3.  Place the wings on an oven tray and roast for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is
                   cooked.
               4.  Meanwhile, pour the marinade into a saucepan and place onto a medium heat.
               5.  Bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes.
               6.  Taste and add extra honey or soya sauce if needed.
               7.  Using a whisk, add the corn flour paste and allow to thicken slightly.
               8.  Pour the sauce into a large bowl, add the chicken wings and coriander and toss to

                   coat.
               9.  Serve immediately.
