2.  Place the streaky bacon onto a rack over a roasting tray and place in oven for about 10

                   minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
               3.  Heat a frying pan, add a good knob of butter and allow to melt.
               4.  Once the butter starts to foam, add the sliced bananas and flash fry until they begin to
                   colour and caramelise. Set aside and keep warm while you fry the flapjacks.


             To assemble

               1.  Layer the flapjacks with crispy bacon and banana. To finish add a good drizzle of
                   maple syrup.
