This is to undertake that we have submitted the documents against Annexure -IX as
required as detailed below.

g. Minutes of the last 3 financial years Annual Board Meetings. Enclosed at Annexure VII

h. Documents supporting experience in Mobilization of farmers/ Formation or
Promotion of Farmers Producer Organizations / Business Planning of FPOs or Large
Farmers' groups* as mentioned in eligibility criteria. For all project experience, Client
Certificates/ Work Orders/ Copy of Contract/ Statutory Auditor’s Certificates/ Chartered
Accountant’s Certificates indicating the details of the assignment, client, value of
assignment and year of award, details of incorporation and bye laws of FPOs to be
provided for demonstrating experience in working with FPOs/ Large Farmers’ groups.
The authorized representative of the Agency shall self- certify, if the Agency has done
assignments on non-disclosure agreements. Enclosed at Annexures V,VI,VII, VIII & IX

We further hereby undertake to supplement any other documents related to the
documents against this Annexure-IX, If any required.
