                                         FPOs IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

                              1.  Goal on targeted FPOs against 10,000 FPOs
                                i)Target period 5 years (2019-20 till 2023-24)
                                ii)  One FPO in each Block
                                iii)  One District one Product
                                iv)  Minimum 300 – 500 Farmers .
                       2.  Define 3Rs (Roles, Responsibilities, and Relationships)
                                i)  Building  a roadmap for achieving goals with expectations from  the team

                                ii)  Documentation of all of the resources available, the employees, teams, IAs and
                                    Govt Depts involved. Outlining accountability, responsibility and establishing
                                    communication process that everyone should adhere to.
                                iii)  Defining Implementing strategic plans in clear terms on the decision-makers,
                                    who’s accountable for what, and what to do in exigencies.
                        3.   Delegation of Tasks to FPO teams
                                 i)     Delegation of tasks to the team members as per the original timeline and goal list.
                        4.   Execution of the Plan, Monitor Progress and Performance with Support

                                i)   Guidance and support to employees with delegations of tasks & time in mind.
                                ii)  Addressing challenges and roadblocks the team experiencing
                                iii)  Review the progress with feedbacks.
                                iv)  MIS-daily, weekly, and monthly status reports and check-ins to provide updates,
                                    re-establish due dates and milestones, and ensure all teams are aligned.
                       5.    Corrective Actions on FPOs Plan.
                                 i)   Implementation on alterative processes
                                 ii)  Changes to mid-course unforeseen issues and shifts, if any.
                       6.     FPOs Management & Finance

                                 i)   Assistance to FPOs on HR and utilities
                                 ii)  Equity grants, Credit guarantee & accessibility
                                 iii)  Institutional linkages for tanning, accounts managements, resource planning &
                                     Marketing
                       7.   Retrospections-Review & Evaluation
                                 i)   Data and MIS
                                 ii)  IA & IOT Software’s / APPs for updating, Monitoring, Review and corrective
                                     measures thereof.
