2. Putting on black & white with Time line

Nos. of FPOs in the specified Blocks / Districts with time line attached to each of the events /
components of FPOs promotions .

3. Establishing the goal and objectives of FPO formations
in short term - Hand holding support, Professional efforts midterm -training and production, and
market linkages, long-term credit linkage, federate Dist and State level
4.Upgrading/Revision of the Work plan in more tangible & actionable terms

 Specific. What exactly are we going to do for whom?
Lay out what farmers group we are going to serve with specific actions

 Measurable.
 Achievable. With time allotted & available resources
 Relevant. To the desired goal or strategy
 Time bound. When will this objective be accomplished?
