Pioneer Holon Agroecology Pvt Ltd have been engaged for empowering cluster based farmer interests Groups, Large farmer
groups since last 10 years for adoption of advanced technology in agriculture to increase their farm yields and outputs at cost
effective process for overall increment of productivity, prosperity, happiness and eventually with toxin free crops. With
experience and field works involving cluster mobilization and training for farmer groups with backward- forward linkages on

fruits, vegetables, forest products had given opportunity and scope to address many challenges in organizing farmers group.
Added to this, the establishment of 5000MT cold storage at Niali for fruits, vegetable, potato, and other Argo products had
furthered our approach to work with large farmer groups cohesively with consistency.

Our long association and agreement with Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology (OUAT), Assam Agricultural
University ,Johrat, consultants with team of scientist and Agri-experts, facilitators and having training infrastructure of 31

Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs), training centers of Agricultural Technology Management Agency(ATMA) with Institute On
Management of Agriculture Extension (IMGAE), Govt of Odisha make us privileged in our participation with farmer groups of
almost all villages in 30 Districts of the State. This gives us the edge over others in better footings to address the issues and
challenges involved in FPO formations being closely associated with large farmer groups.

With the above back drops, exposures, associations of agriculture universities, Govt Training Institutions, past experiences
in promotion, organization of two farmer producers’ organizations, one Devitanla FPC Ltd. with 3106 farmers in 2018-19

and another State level consortium of farmers organization-Cosmicagro Consortium FPC ltd in 2020,with consorted &
coherent efforts of our work and networks in the state of Odisha with farmers,FPOs with core team of renowned professors,
scientists, experts and over & above all, the dedicated IT Team with AI / IOT experts of Keabis Technology
(www.keabis.com) will play the vital 24x7 role and come handy to take the mission of Hon’ble Prime Minister for formation
of 10000 FPOs to a reality and grand success.
