Inputs , technological, credit and finance constraints, insurance .

7.Accountability:
Who is responsible for completing each task? There can be a team of people working on a task
but one person has to be answerable to a task being completed on time.
8.Re-writing the Plan. Reviewing the work plan and deciding the corrective path with
available resources and overcoming the constraints to achieve the goals and objectives.

 Listing specific action steps.
 Identifying what needs to happen each day or week complete the objectives.
 Also, listing steps other people in the team need to take.
 Consider using project management software.
 Creating a TENTATIVE WORK schedule keeping in mind the space for un
expected things .
