recognition scheme based on
employee nominations.
There are three main categories of SOCIAL COMMITTEE
recognition: Individual, Team and
Business Development. Each month,

THE YAK MMR share people news via a monthly newsletter called
‘The Yak.’ This ranges from introducing new starters and
promotions, to those who are celebrating special
occasions such as a birthday or wedding, or who have
achieved something of note such as competing in a
marathon or winning an award outside of work. We also
like to use this platform to share funny anecdotes and
stories and to announce the winners of the One Step
Beyond Awards.
