(i) Production Management:
write a press release;
collate cast and crew biography;
managing the production’s budget;
imaging: design a simple programme, flyer and ticket;
box office: ticketing site, ticket sales, distribution, monitoring and
reporting;
front of house: pre-show announcements, preparation of the lobby,
scheduled open and close of the house;
policies of theatre spaces: access, facilities, capacity, emergency
procedures;
organising photographs of rehearsal and production;
promoting the production: through media, technology integration,
face to face; and,
liaising with the public, dress code, collaborating with ushers.
(ii) House Management:
