                       (b)    Production Management/House Management/Public Relations Management:

                              (i)    Production Management:

                                           write a press release;

                                           collate cast and crew biography;

                                           managing the production’s budget;

                                           imaging: design a simple programme, flyer and ticket;

                                           box  office:  ticketing  site,  ticket  sales,  distribution,  monitoring  and
                                            reporting;

                                           front of house: pre-show announcements, preparation of the lobby,
                                            scheduled open and close of the house;

                                           policies  of  theatre  spaces:  access,  facilities,  capacity,  emergency
                                            procedures;

                                           organising photographs of rehearsal and production;

                                           promoting  the  production:  through  media,  technology  integration,
                                            face to face; and,

                                           liaising with the public, dress code, collaborating with ushers.


                              (ii)   House Management:
