My First Casa Experience

I learnt that the Bahamas is made up of more than

700 islands, so many more than the thirty-two
islands and cays that make up my country.

The song chosen for Trinidad and Tobago was their

road march this year, ‘Famalay-lay-lay-lay-lay,’ –

another song that features Skinny Fabulous as well

as Machel Montano. You should see the ‘Vincy’
parents break out in song and dance for that tune

too. It was funny and embarrassing at the same

time. We all stood at attention for the playing of

our National Anthems. I had never heard so many

National Anthems played before. This part of the
ceremony was long but it was a good experience.
