            confident that the organisation’s executive leadership team and
            staff, led by the Registrar, will rise to and above all the challenges
            ahead. I thank them for their steadfastness, dedication and
            commitment to this esteemed organisation and the people of
            the region. I also thank the Council for their guidance during
            these challenging times. To all our stakeholders,  students,
            parents,  teachers, head-teachers, Ministry  officials,  I express
            my gratitude for their unwavering commitment to the CXC®.
