10. CXC® created a video series ‘Getting Ready for the CXC 14. Figure 1 shows the comparative candidate and subject

Exams’. The videos provided pertinent information to entries for 2016-2020.
candidates preparing for the May-June 2020 examinations.
11. CXC® continued to ensure that all enquiries submitted via
Freshdesk were resolved in a timely manner.
12. To add to the CVQ requisite online training and audit
assessments were completed and a service was provided
to facilitate the upload of portfolios.

13. The January 2020 CSEC® Sitting recorded declines in
registration of 9% in candidate entries and 13% in subject
entries. Table 1 below show the registration summaries
for the period January 2016-2020.and 24 per cent in the
subject entries.
