Team CXC – Employee of the Year
2019 WESTERN ZONE OFFICE EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
Ms Jodine Williams, the Employee of the year, joined
®
the staff of the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC )
on 1 March 2014 as Assistant Registrar, Syllabus and
Curriculum Development Department Unit at the Western
Zone Office in Jamaica. She was later promoted to the
role of Senior Manager - Syllabus and Curriculum
Development on 2 October 2017.
As Head of the Syllabus & Curriculum Development
Unit, she is responsible for managing quality
assurance of Syllabus and Curriculum Development;
managing the activities of the Syllabus and
Curriculum Development Unit; preparing and
coordinating activities for Meetings of SEC, SUBSEC
and other Committees of Council, as well as providing
general administrative services.

In addition, she a fun-loving individual who is always actively Development Department at the WZO in Jamaica.
engaged in the extra-curricular activities of the Council. This
is evident by the fact that her presence is always felt at every
meeting or social gathering.
