‫ﺍﻟﻌﻻﻗﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺎﺻﺮﺓ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺴﻌﻮﺩﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﺤﺮﻳﻦ‬

                                        ‫ﺗﺘﺎﻣﻲ ﺍﻟﻌﻻﻗﺎﺕ ﻭﺍﻗﺎﻣﺔ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺘﺮﻙ‬

                    ‫ﻗﺒﻞﺍﻟﺪﺧﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺎﺷﺮ‪ 2‬ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ ﺍﻵﺎﺛﺭﺍﻟﻨﺎﺗﺠﺔ ﻭﺍﻮﺘﻤﻟﻌﻗﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻭﺟﻮﺩ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﺮ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﻮﻱ ﺍﻟﻀﺨﻢ‬
                    ‫ﺑﻴﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﺍﺔﻘﻄﻨﻤﻟ ﻻﺪﺑ ﻣﻦ ﻭﻔﻗﺔ ﺗﻌﺮﻳﻔﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﺮﺧﻯ ﻭﻴﻔﺻﺔ ﺗﻀﻌﻨﺎ ﺩﻭﻥ ﺷﻚ ﺃﺎﻣﻡ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﻴﺔ‬
                    ‫ﺎﺗﺭﻴﺨﻳﺔ ﻻ ﺗﺘﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﻐﻠﺒﺔ ﻟﻤﻨﻄﻖ ﺍﺎﺼﻤﻟﺢﻟ ﺍﻻﻴﻧﺔ ﻣﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮﺭ ﺗﺪﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﺒﻀﺎﺋﻊ ﻭﺍﺯﺩﺎﻫﺭ ﺍﻟﺴﻴﺎﺣﺔ ﺑﻜﻞ‬
                    ‫ﺃﻭﺎﻬﻬﺟ ﺑﻞ ﻮﺗﺎﻨﻠﺻ ﺇﻰﻟ ﺍﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺮﻳﻒ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻣﻞ ﻟﻤﻔﻬﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﺃﺬﺧﻦﻳ ﺑﻌﻴﻦ ﺍﻻﻋﺘﺒﺎﺭ‬
                    ‫ﺍﻟﺒﻌﺪ ﺍﻟﻔﻨﻲ ﻭﺍﻮﻟﻲﻔﺻ ﻭﺍﺬﻟﻱ ﺳﻴﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﻪ ﻣﻀﺎﻓًﺎ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺍﺑﻌﺎﺩﺍ ﻻ ﺗﻘﺎﺱ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻘﺎﻳﻴﺲ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺮﻳﺔ ﻓﻬﻲ ﺃﺑﻌﺎﺩ‬
                    ‫ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺨﻴﺔ ﻭﺣﻀﺎﺭﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﻗﻮﻣﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﺃﻣﻨﻴﺔ‪ ،‬ﺛﻘﺎﻓﻴﺔ ﻭﺑﻄﺒﻴﻌﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻝ ﺍﻗﺘﺼﺎﺩﻳﺔ‪ ،‬ﻭﺎﻨﻫ ﺪﺠﺗﺭ ﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺑﺄﻥ‬
                    ‫ﺍﻻﺗﻔﺎﻗﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺜﻨﺎﺋﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺫﻛﺮﻫﺎ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﺗﺸﻜﻞ ﺭﺻﻴﺪﺍ ﺛﺎﺑ ًﺘﺎ ﻳﻨﻴﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻖ ﺃﻣﺎﻡ ﺗﻄﺒﻴﻖ ﺍﻷﺑﻌﺎﺩ‬

                    ‫ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﻳﺮﺑﻂ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺮﻳﻦ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﻗﻴﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ ﺃﻭﺑﺎﻷﺧﺮﻯ »ﺔﻘﻄﻨﻣ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ‬
                    ‫ﺑﻤﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰﻳﺔ«‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻖ ﺍﻟﺬﻱﺃﺟﺿﻑ ﺑﻌﺪﺍ ﺟﻐﺮﺍﻓ ًﻴﺎ ﻷﺭﺧﺒﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺮﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻟﻢ‪ 2‬ﻣﻴﺎﻩ‬
                    ‫ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻴﺞ ﺑﻄﻮﻝ ﻗﺪﺭﻩ ‪ 25‬ﻛﻠﻢ ﻃﻮﻻ ﻫﻮ ﺟﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮﺇﺟﺿﻓﺔ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻣﺴﺎﺣﺔ ﻣﺤﺪﻭﺩﺓ ﻍ ﺃﺭﺍﺟﺿ ﻭﻣﻴﺎﻩ‬
                    ‫ﻛﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺒﻠﺪﻳﻦ ﺗﺴﻤﻰ (ﺔﻘﻄﻨﻣ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﺃﻭ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﺔ ﺍﻟﺨﺪﻣﺎﺕ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻘﻊ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺍﺧﺘﺼﺎﺻﺎﺕ‬
                    ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ ﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻚ ﺪﻬﻓ« ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺳﻨﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﻔﺼﻴﻞ ﻻﺣﻘﺎً ﻭﻳﺘﺄﻒﻟ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﻣﻦ ‪7‬‬

                                               ‫ﺭﺩﻣﻴﺎﺕ ﻭﺧﻤﺴﺔ ﺟﺴﻮﺭ ﻭﻗﺪ ﻣﺮﺕ ﺃﻋﻤﺎﻝ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺛﻻﺙ ﻣﺮﺍﺣﻞ‪:‬‬
                    ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺣﻠﺔ ﺍﻷﻭﻟﻰ‪ :‬ﺟﺴﻢ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺗﻮﻟﺘﻪ ﺷﺮﻛﺔ ﻫﻮﻟﻨﺪﻳﺔ (ﻻﺑﺖﺳ ﻧﻴﺪﺍﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺳﺒﻖ ﻟﻬﺎ‬
