The Arabic surcharge on the right-hand stamp (Row 7,
Stamp 8) reads “20” instead of “30”. An Arabic “30”
is clearly seen in both upper corners of the basic stamp
and shows the extra loop to the character compared
with that in the faulty surcharge.
