Starting in September of
2015 the project was put to -
gether on the Peter Loo Face-
book page and then in the
“Together against the Tories”
Facebook group. The idea is
to create a popular and en-
tertaining socialist hub with
the involvement of as many
people as possible from the
left of the socialist move-

As the project has proceed-
ed it has become increasingly
clear that the media in the UK
is run for and by big business
and as such will always need to
oppose socialist values to keep
such a position. The project was
then crowdfunded to raise the
money to be able to print and
distribute this newspaper as a
prelude to a whole cross-plat-
form media fight-back.
