               D.2.    Continuity of Service to Societies:
                   c)  Explore and promote alternative options for delivery of lectures in COVID-affected years (2020, 2021, ?).
                   d)  Recognise different impacts of COVID-19 restrictions in different States/ACT.

                   e)  Ramp up communication to members via Newsletter(s). Theme of ‘staying connected’.
               D.3.    Managing Business Finances/Performance:
                   f)  Develop fit-for-purpose business contingency plans and budgets.
                   g)  Seek and receive endorsement from Council of a reduced Affiliation/Capitation Fee per member for COVID-affected years (2020, 2021,?).

                   h)  Reduce Association’s costs.
                   i)  Seek alternative support funding via Government support/grants, partnerships, etc.
               D.4.    Anticipating longer term consequences:
                   j)  Acknowledge that disruption caused by COVID-19 of the ADFAS long-standing business model largely based on TAS lecturers from the UK covering
                      three Circuits in a well-coordinated manner, is not going to be temporary.
                   k)  Consequential need for an innovative business model for lecture delivery and other member services that satisfies key aims such as cohesiveness,
                      quality, cost effectiveness, and member satisfaction.
                   l)  Recognise prospective negative impact on societies’ future membership numbers/income, and hence their sustainability.
