5 ADFAS VISION AND MISSION 5.2 Our Vision
STATEMENTS Our Vision is a statement of how we in ADFAS see ourselves in the future.
This Section cover the mission, vision and values for the organisation –
these being the backdrop for the Strategic Plan and all associated Plans. To be recognised as a leading, influential advocate of the life-
enhancing potential and proven economic value of the arts within

5.3.1 Primary Objects
5.1 ADFAS Mission Statement (a) Promotion and advancement of aesthetic education;
(b) Cultivation and study of decorative and fine arts;
ADFAS is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization of Societies (c) Preservation of Australia’s national artistic heritage; and
connecting people who share an interest in the arts and (d) Facilitation of participation by members in activities, including travel, for

Proposed ADFAS Tagline: Each ADFAS, as a Member Society of the Association, promotes these aims
through educative lectures, interest days, visits and tours and encouraging
‘Embracing the Arts, enriching Australia’ members to become involved as Volunteers.
