        You must notify People & Culture within 30 days of a qualifying
        life event and need to provide proof of the event, such as a
        marriage license.

        People  &  Culture  will  let  you  know  what  documentation  you
        should provide. If you do not contact People & Culture within
        30 days of the qualifying event, you will have to wait until the
        next  open  enrollment  window  to  make  changes  (unless  you
        experience another qualifying life event).
