1. Introduction
This book is based on author’s hands-on experience of using oil to enhance health and
why you need to avoid spiking homemade snacks and drinks with essential oils. It
includes results of research of other people’s experiences and established scientific truths
through personal inquiry and online sources.

Essential oil aromatherapy dosage for various oils, possibilities for enhancing health and
resolving various health issues with essential and cold-pressed seed oils, as well as
spicing up your food and drinks, is what this book is about. The main message of the
book is you should be careful with essential oils as they are highly concentrated and need
to be handled with care and precision (also quality is a concern for some applications).
Other than listing 10 different essential oils, it also describes several non-essential,
cold-pressed oils, used to dilute the essential oils or by themselves. It only is missing an
organic vinegar selection to be a complete guide to a healthy diet (because vinegar is able
to fight off some insecticides put in most food).
