                   2.2. Peppermint essential oil
                   (Aetheroleum menthae piperitae)

                   caused by menthol it contains.


                   The peppermint essential oil is known to decongest the pulmonary tract and help with
                   eliminating coughing and the common cold when it’s inhaled. It also aids breathing and

                   health and well-being. A study has suggested it has anti-inflammatory effects, and reduces

                   Having organic peppermint essential oil you can mint up the air all around you, and by
                   not using a lot of the oil for the aromatherapy, as it has a very strong fragrance. Just don’t
