EYES IF YOU BATHE WITH SUCH AND THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS!
CAUTION: water and oil don’t mix, they can only create a temporary dispersion
after much stirring, so you should always use a dilution of essential oil and an
carrier vegetable oil, such as extra-virgin olive oil or sesame oil (and calculate how
many drops of essential oil a volume unit of the dilution represents) to avoid burns
to your skin or even your mucous membrane areas such as your mouth and worse!

An essential oil producer recommends these dilution ratios:
1. To create an essential oil body massage solution (topical application dilution), you
should mix 20 to 30 drops of selected essential oil with 50 milliliters of a base
vegetable, neutral, cold-pressed oil of your choosing (select one from chapter 3). Use
this mixture carefully and do not apply too much.
2. To create an essential oil mouth wash solution, you should pour (a topical
application dilution amounting to) 2 to 5 drops of essential oil in a glass of warm water,
and stir until you get an uniform dilution. Another way is to put the drops on half a
spoon of honey and dilute that in the water, just remember to not eat it, spit it out.

3. To create an essential oil bathing solution, you should pour (a topical application
dilution equivalent to) 20 drops of essential oil per 10 gallons (50 liters) of water and
stir to get a uniform dilution, so as not to get all of it stuck on your skin.
Dilute essential oils before use by mixing them with a (preferably organic) cooking
oil, so they can be used safely. When asked to mix essential oil with water, mix the
dilution instead to avoid getting burns by undiluted essential oil.
