Pineapple Upside Down Cakes





     what you need:
     1 cup Brown Sugar
     1/4 cup Butter
     1 can Pineapple Rings
     1 jar Maraschino Cherries
     1 pk Small Shortcake Shells
     Aluminum Foil

     directions:
     For each cake, mound 1 1/2 tsp of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter on a sheet of
     non-stick foil. Top with a pineapple ring, maraschino cherry and a small shortcake shell.

     Form a packet and grill sugar side down over medium-high heat for approximately 12
     minutes. Serve af er cooling. Side with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you’re feeling really
     adventurous!
