Overall: RFL: Tarienne had applied for this position when Holly was hired. She is not actively looking for a new
position, but is open to this one because it is a step up in her career and it would shorten her commute.
Tarienne is currently the Clerk of the Board with the Contra Costa Transportation Authority, a 27 member
Board. Previously she worked with the City of Vallejo as a Secretary and then a Deputy City Clerk. Her
experience is well-rounded, having a breadth of experience as a clerk, administratively, and overseeing
various HR functions. She currently oversees a team of three. Tarienne is keen on technology and innovation,
and was able to provide relevant examples of changes she has implemented in her career. I feel that her
experience is directly relevant.
