■ Provide budget oversight by performing complex financial analysis and budget forecasting for the City's operating

in compliance with F&A practices and policies while developing best practices for requirements unique to San Francisco.
■ Strategic planning and deployment of multiple department resources. Administer and oversee complex and unique budgetary
processes, with specific CA reporting and usage requirements. Partner with Senior Associate Director and Executive Director
on events, projects, and initiatives involving strategic vision and interaction with other departments and Penn-related
organizations. Act as interface for School and department on financial policies and procedural issues that flow between Penn
schools.
■ Manage relationships with landlords and vendors, negotiate and assess contracts for services such as facility rental,
housekeeping, and more for seamless delivery of campus services. Audit invoices for compliance with contracts before
preparation of payment. Primary liaison for Treasurers Office, Cash Office, F&A, Wharton & Central HR, Tax Office,
Payroll Office, Executive Education, & MA Program for Executives
■ Manage relationships with San Francisco city government and tax offices to maintain property tax exempt status. Handle all
