            ■  Administered reimbursements for 80+ traveling staff and faculty members on Concur while auditing expenses to ensure that
               they met the University’s travel policies.

            ■  Made purchases with a university issued credit card, reallocated charges to appropriate budget lines as charges posted, and
               maintained detailed records of transactions.

            ■  Created schedules for two part-time employees, managed their workflow by assessing departmental needs and projects,
               monitored and approved their timecards, and created purchase orders for their payroll; identified new candidates for
               part-time work, facilitated filling out paperwork such as I-9s and W-4s for new hires, and participated in the interview process
               as needed.
