Kylie displayed a good amount of enthusiasm and tenacity. She was well-spoken and confident. She worked
full-time throughout college. Has experience with a paper to digital filing system overhaul. In her current and
past position she worked with executives to keep them abreast of certain financial pieces. Oversees a team of
three.
She has only a few months of direct management experience, but I feel that she is worth consideration
because she shows maturity beyond her years, and a level of tenacity that on the surface seems like she
would have a real drive.
