                            General Questions
                            1. Why are you interested in the DOA opportunity with Vallejo Flood &
                              Wastewater?




                              Opportunity interested me because it is aligned with my background and
                              experience. It has the public sector piece which would allow me to grow in my
                              career. In my current role I started about a year and a half ago where I was
                              primarily based in the Downtown Oakland Office. I am being required to commute
                              to our Sacramento Office twice a week and that commute has not been easy.


                             Position Specific Questions

                            2. Please describe your highest level administrative support role to an Executive,
                              Director, General Manager and/or Board.




                              Current position attending Board meetings and supporting CEO.


                            3. Please describe your supervisory experience and the most challenging human
                              resources issue you have addressed.


                              I have been managing people just over 20 years now. When I worked at Kaiser it
                              was very important for my team members to have a set schedule. They need to
                              know that someone is going to be available. I had a team member who struggled
                              with that quite a bit due to personal reasons. Trying to allow her the space to deal
                              with her personal issues was impacting the business needs too much and we did
                              our best to work together on that but for her own personal reasons she stepped
                              into a different role that allowed for more room.


                            4. Please describe your experience in coordinating, tracking and reporting out on
                              the implementation of organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures.

                              I usually manage my own work that I have to oversee using my own Outlook
                              calendar as well as a spreadsheet and making sure that I am tracking any changes
                              that are coming up and making sure that deadlines are met. Making sure that I am
                              able to answer any questions they may have. If there is a specific policy or
