I work for the superintendent and the board. I research quite often. I research board
bilawas and the California School Association laws. There is a ton of categories on
there. They are often updated on a 3-4 year cadence.

very politically heated.

Too junior. Good enthusiasm. Hasn't worked in a senior enough level in a similar type
of public sector agency. Doesn't have experience with professional filing systems. Doesn't
have HR experience or directly applicable management experience.
