that they needed to get a note from their doctor to get protected. You definitely
                 have to have that conversation with your doctor because there are SMLAs so you
                 can be covered. The employee was able to provide the necessary documentation.




               4. Please describe your experience in coordinating, tracking and reporting out on
                 the implementation of organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures.


                  My experience with tracking and organizational goals. What I have done working
                 as a program administrator - is strategic programming. Definitely strategic
                 planning, be objective, and cost efficiency of whatever plan we are trying to
                 implement. Salesforce is one of my favorite programs. I developed a system
                 program with Salesforce. I tracked and was able to allow people to track what
                 assignments that they had. I used a Salesforce system - that's how I was able to
                 organize certain tasks I was given.



               5. Please describe your experience with electronic filing systems as it pertains to
                 this position.






               6. Please describe your experience in evaluating technology and operational
                 procedure utilized in an administrative department and your approach to
                 implementing change, if needed.


                 I would say organizing the tools I would need that would allow me to effectively
                 assess how to implement a program, system, or when evaluating technology, the
                 cost effectiveness of it. My experience, definitely evaluating. Also consulting with
                 stakeholders and how it is going to effect the overall organization.



               7. Please describe the roles in which you have had a relationship with a board of
                 directors, and what your role was in those examples. Can you provide an
                 example of when you have had to research a regulatory item and present your
                 findings to the Board?

               8. This position will interact with managers throughout the organization as well as
                 partner organizations and individuals in the community. How do you evaluate
                 whether your department is providing a good level of customer service? What do
                 you feel are some of the challenges to achieving a high level of customer service?


                  It depends on the knowledge of each of my employees that are under me. It
                 depends on how willing they are to be a resource for customers. One of the
                 greatest frustrations for patience is that they had not been explained the proper
                 knowledge regarding certain things, and always make sure they have the updated
