                     General Questions
                     1. Why are you interested in the DOA opportunity with Vallejo Flood & Wastewater?  Why are
                       you actively or passively looking for a new position?


                       Right now I work for a  very small town in New Jersey. I'm actually from New Jersey - came
                       back here for family reasons. In the five years that I've been here I feel that I've outtrown
                       where I'm at. I'm looking to move outside of the East Coast to seek a new adventure. The
                       position in Vallejo looks like a great opportunity.


                     Position Specific Questions

                     2. Please describe your highest level administrative support role to an Executive, Director,
                       General Manager and/or Board.

                       Now - I'm the Township Clerk, I report the Township Manager. I work with the council, I
                       produce their minutes. I handle all of their records management request. Issue licenses like
                       dog licenses. I issue federal records and provide support to the Township manager, I work
                       closely with the CFO, tax collector, all of the statuary requirements that required of a City.


                     3. Please describe your supervisory experience and the most challenging human resources
                       issue you have addressed.


                       I currently supervise two employees - it is a very small town. I haven't supervised large
                       departments yet. As far as any HR issues, dealing with unions has been quite interesting.
                       Probably my biggest issue with HR.



                     4. Please describe your experience in coordinating, tracking and reporting out on the
                       implementation of organizational goals, objectives, policies and procedures.


                       There really hasn't been much tracking or sweeping policy. We haven't really had too much in
                       that area so I can't really think of any hands-on experience in that area.


                     5. Please describe your experience with electronic filing systems as it pertains to this position.


                       Electronic filing systems - again, we're pretty rudimentary here - we really haven't had too
                       much. When I was in Cleveland we used an electronic management system. We do have an
                       app here that we use for electronic agenda system that is pretty basic - pretty simple. I'm
