Executive Director of the Bay Area Clean Water Agencies (BACWA).

My extensive skills in water advocacy, public speaking, organizational management,
policy facilitation, and management of complex issues and relationships will serve
BACWA exceptionally well. I am excited about growing the BACWA reputation and
influence throughout the Bay Area and in California water policy. I believe my
experience, knowledge and temperament make me exceptionally qualified to be the
Executive Director of BACWA and a prepared leader and manager to carry out the
goals and vision of the authority.

With my respected and articulate leadership skills, BACWA will be well represented
with members, regulators, associate organizations, the press, the State Legislature,
and Congress. My temperament and communication skills enable me to collaborate
with BACWA’s members, board of directors, committees, consultants and advocates.

I have supervised and collaborated in several associations and task forces, to plan
strategically and implement organizational goals. As an owner of a consulting
business, I am successful at serving clients and managing contracts with timelines to
get the most out of my work and accomplish specific work products.

My sixteen years of experience as a Director of the Sonoma County Water Agency
with six sanitation facilities, has made me knowledgeable about the social, political,
and policy issues within the Waste Water Industry. My experience as a recognized
water leader includes working with many specialized technical groups and
engineering firms to take their complex expertise and make it understandable and
