Overall: Paul displays an understanding for what the function of the Executive Director serves. He
has experience leading and serving on boards. His most relavent experience was as the
former Director of the Sonoma County Water Agency. While he is not familiar with the
Nutrient Watershed Permit, Paul understands the need for agencies to adjust to the
upcoming regulations that will be coming in the near future. Paul has focused the latter part
of his career on the field of wastewater and recycled water and has various leadership
experience. I recommend moving Paul forward to the panel interview.
