sustainability policy and science on 860,000 acres in three western states. Led 15+ collaborative, multi-
stakeholder watershed analysis and planning projects. Developed innovations in Best Management
Practices for streams, wetlands, riparian, unstable hillslopes and roads. Conducted detailed analysis
and developed solutions among multiple stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, environmental
advocates, indigenous peoples, and our customers. Developed regulatory protection standards for
60,000 miles of creeks and rivers (including leadership on Washington State's Forest and Fish Law). Led
research, monitoring and adaptive management programs under multi-stakeholder collaboratives.
Supported strategic business planning and analysis functions. Represented company at industry
collaboratives and trade associations.
