         Overall: Michael has a variety of experience with working on Boards in differing sectors and uniting
                 those interests under a common goal.  He is a certified facilitator and brings a professional
                 level of goal-building to organizations.  Michael has worked within the Bay Area Watershed
                 and is familiar with the regulatory bodies that govern the region.  He understands the issues
                 that are facing the Bay Area and has unique ideas in how to research and guide the Board
                 towards strategic solutions.  He has both short-term and long-term goals and is able to
                 achieve both.  I recommend moving Michael to the panel interview.
